Tech. I am beyond frustrated. From what I can tell reading posts on this subreddit there seems to be a common issue with the A40s and the Mixamp not working with Xbox. My Series X recognizes the headset when plugged in, but will not allow me to assign a profile to the headset. I've tried assigning a guest profile which also does not work.I believe the Windows 10 version needs the UWP compatible firmware to be installed first so if your product is out of date, the ASTRO Command Center from the Microsoft Store may not see it.
