As far as the offhand weapon, you can do dragonscale katana (has an ash of war that adds lightning to the blade), wakasahi (hope I spelled that right) dagger that has native bleed and can be powerstanced with katanas, get another nagakiba from someone online or ng+, or the uchigatana (which has slightly higher damage than nagakiba but much lower range)
