Hello,I have been using Arcane build PVE-only utilizing Eleonoras poleblade (+9), Dragon communition seal (+7), very rarely Sacred spear (+5 now), and some dragon incantations (rotten breath, frozen, fire etc) and then blood incantations (swarm flies, bloodboon) and flame grant me strength. I am mostly using eleonora poleblades mixed with incantations so I am playing more like a hybrid build.Depends on what you want your build to be. You'll get more damage by going DEX and keeping Arcane lower, but arcane is a caster stat and there are some really cool spells that will be very good with arcane scaling. It scales better with dex than arcane. So putting into dex will give you more damage. But it's worth noting that arcane will give you less damage increase, but it will increase bleed build up on hit.
