I did an engine swap for my nephew on his IS300. I believe it's an 05. He bought a used 2jZ? with just under 30k and it was originally from Japan. It’s got the GTE crank and rods, but higher compression pistons. They around 700hp is the limit of the stock 1jz gte motor before stronger rods and pistons but not sure about the crank specifically.
