You'd need to make it Bleed or Occult to have the buildup scale which would remove your Cold Affinity.

Use seppuku if you really want bleed buildup. -put a lot of that dex into arcane, and switch to the Rivers of Blood. RoB and Nagakiba are both great. Nagakiba has crazy length though. At 50 arcane nagakiba with the seppuku buff gets over 107 bleed buildup, and Rivers of Blood gets only 73. Not sure how the nagakiba's skill factors in though.

Blood Nagakiba + Moonveil - would have to put some points into arcane, but the high blood build up, along with magic damage from moonveil might shred bosses pretty well.
