Yep. There are times that greens won't work at 100% because iron or copper are lacking (second line of copper is not added until structurals). My smelting is not enough to supply the full factory working at 100%. There are 10 green circuits assemblers (*.75 [mk2] *.7[prod mods] / .5 [recipe time]) makes 10.5 iron plate per second (out of 15). Pick a favorable map seed, you dont need to spawn enemies and you can turn up all resource values. You want a science ratio somewhere around 30-45 packs per minute, except red and green, get somewhere between 60 and 90 per minute of those. Purple and yellow science are incredibly expensive.
