Aztec is grossly underrated for end game war imo. They're not a very flashy civ but in late game you're just thinking about pure combat strength numbers. Aztec get +1 for each luxury. It's not that hard to get 8 luxuries, and that rapidly increases with more conquest.

Religion victory can be done in 150 turns if no one else wants a religion. If you want to win in 100 turns on deity, try doing a 1v 1/1 v 2 religion victory in a tiny map.
